For those times when you need to enhance an entire new PowerPoint presentation. Just insert your desired content to a blank PowerPoint presentation and press "enhance presentation". The VisualBee PowerPoint plugin (add-in) will scan the content of your PowerPoint presentation and will create a new professional and effective showcase for you in seconds.

Choose a Style That's Right for You
Select the style and theme of your enhanced PowerPoint presentation. Each style will provide a distinct new design - background, types of images, color combinations, styles and everything else that makes up a successful presentation. You can choose to keep the design of your original PowerPoint presentation and VisualBee will add backgrounds and images, in order to create a professional cohesive presentation.

How It Works
Start with a blank PowerPoint presentation and insert your text, charts and graphs as desired. Simply fill in the placeholders for the slides you need. Save a draft of your PowerPoint and open VisualBee. VisualBee will index your slides and match keywords with graphics for you. Then it will automatically lay out the slide content to fit the design and insert the grahpics for each slide.

Complete Control
You have total control over your final presentation. VisualBee will not modify your original presentation. Before a new presentation is saved, you have complete control over each slide. A review process enables you to change out the style and images of each slide. You can choose to use your own images or search in VisualBee for a new image to replace the ones that were chosen.

Take the Credit
The final enhanced presentation is saved with a new name and is completely a regular PowerPoint presentation in .PPTX format. All of the enhancements are standard PowerPoint formatting so you can continue to make changes to the presentation without harming any of the enhancements.
