Open your PowerPoint
presentation. |

Start PowerCONVERTER by
clicking on the PowerCONVERTER button |

After converting, SAVE as
a .SWF file by clicking on the Save as SWf
button.* |

Post all of the files created to a new folder on your website using your preferred method or follow these instructions for specific programs.
*Note that the PowerCONVERTER version 4 will create seperate .SWF files for any media linked or embedded in the PowerPoint presentation and all of these files will need to be uploaded together into the same folder. An HTML page is created for you. Simply link to the HTML file that is saved with your presentation and the link will open a new browser that starts playing your presentation automatically.
Microsoft FrontPage
Instructions
| 1. Open FrontPage
2. Upload your PowerPoint/flash file to your website as you
would with any file
3. Locate the page and location you wish to add your converted
PowerPoint/ flash file
4. Select insert, advanced, plug in
5. Select browse to locate your PowerPoint/flash file now
with a .swf extension on your website
6. Select the height and width for the file
7. Press ok
8. Review |
Microsoft FrontPage
2002 Instructions
| 1. Open FrontPage
2. Upload your PowerPoint/flash (.swf) file to your website
as you would with any file
3. Locate the page and location you wish to add your converted
PowerPoint/ flash file
4. Select insert, web component (you must be in normal view
for this to be selectable), choose component type advance
controls
5. Select plug in
6. Click on browse button to locate your flash .swf file
7. Select the height and width for your flash file
8. Press O.K
9. Review |
Macromedia Dreamweaver
Instructions
| 1. Open Dreamweaver
2. Open the webpage you want to insert the converted PowerPoint/
flash file into.
3. Place your cursor on the page where you want to insert
the file
4. On the object toolbar choose Flash object.
5. Adjust any parameters
6. Upload both the flash file and your updated webpage and
review. |

presentation .EXE file and the "Autorun.inf" file
to a CD-Rom |
